How to order

The Gouda Shop items can be ordered in my webshop. Additionally, a limited number of items are available in the conceptstore Heb ik VIA, located at Lange Groenendaal 72A.

Delivery

Orders above €20 and destined for a local address (within Gouda) are free from delivery charges.

Orders with a shipping address within The Netherlands will cost either €5 (if it will fit through the mailbox) or €8. There are also a few other shipping options such as shipping by DHL or registered post.

For international shipping, the cost depends on the shipping address and will be shown before completing the order. Please note that there is a minimum order value for shipping abroad (depending on the destination).

Returns

European law provides for a right of revocation within 14 days, from the date the order is delivered. This right does not hold true for items made to order. If you need to return your order, please use this form.
